Leading the Conversation: A Successful Congressional Forum

As we welcome July, we want to thank everyone who joined us for one of the Chamber's most impactful events of the year—our Congressional Forum featuring Kansas Governor Laura Kelly. The forum was a tremendous success, bringing together business leaders, elected officials, and community stakeholders for meaningful discussions about the future of Kansas and Wyandotte County.

The event provided valuable insight into the issues shaping our region, including economic development, workforce initiatives, infrastructure, education, and the opportunities that lie ahead for our business community. Governor Kelly's remarks, along with thoughtful questions and engaging dialogue from attendees, created an atmosphere of collaboration and shared purpose. It was encouraging to see so many members actively participating in conversations that will help shape the future of our region.

Beyond the informative discussion, the forum reinforced one of the Chamber's greatest strengths—bringing people together. Members had the opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen existing relationships, and build new connections with fellow business and community leaders. These conversations are what continue to make the KCK Chamber a catalyst for collaboration and progress.

Thank you to everyone who attended, our sponsors who made the event possible, and all those who continue to invest in the success of our Chamber and community. Your engagement helps create opportunities for businesses to grow while strengthening Kansas City, Kansas.

As we continue through the summer, we look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events and continuing the conversations that move our business community forward.

Warm regards,

Renee Hadley, KCK Chamber President
