Celebrating a Sold-Out Success & Looking Ahead to Wellness

As we move into September, we continue to build on the momentum created throughout the year. Last month, we celebrated a sold-out success with Over the Fence with American Royal. The event brought together members of the KCK, Shawnee, and Bonner Springs Edwardsville Chambers for a great lunch filled with conversation, connection, and networking at the Kansas Speedway's Ally Apex Club. Attendees heard exciting updates about the American Royal's new home in Wyandotte County and the opportunities it will bring to our region. It was a great reminder that our Chambers are stronger when we work together — joint events like this continue to create valuable opportunities for businesses to connect, build relationships, and grow across our region. This month, we're excited to highlight the WCN Women's Wellness Summit, an inspiring and energizing day dedicated to you. Join an amazing community of women to explore wellness tips, fitness strategies, and ways to prioritize your well-being. The day features a high-energy luncheon with keynote speaker Megan Reed, Life + Business Coach and Best-Selling Author, followed by interactive workshops on nutrition, movement, and meditation, plus engaging discussions on brain and bone health, stress management, and overall wellness. Hosted by Margaritaville, where wellness meets fun — this is an event you won't want to miss.

September also offers additional opportunities to network, collaborate, and stay engaged with the Chamber. Whether you're attending an educational program, networking with fellow members, or participating in one of our signature events, every connection helps strengthen our business community and supports the continued success of Kansas City, Kansas.
